"I felt like the pricing wasn’t very clear..."
I felt like the pricing wasn’t very clear upfront, and then I ended up being charged more than I expected. That’s frustrating, and I’m sure other customers would feel the same way if they saw one price and got billed another. I just wish everything had been explained more clearly before checkout.

"Helpful overall, though a few parts feel dated"
I had a good experience with these courses overall. Most of the lessons were easy to follow and gave me enough detail without feeling too long or overwhelming. I did notice that a few older sections could probably use a refresh, but I still picked up a lot of useful tips along the way. The examples were especially helpful for me, and it ended up being a solid way to brush up on my skills.

"Simple enough that I don’t have to think about it"
I’ve been using cybrary.it for a few weeks now, it passes my quick “can I figure this out without getting annoyed?” test. Lessons load fast, the menus are where I’d expect them to be, and I don’t end up wandering around the site trying to remember where my course went.
The progress tracking is useful too. It’s not some fancy perfect system, but my brain just sees it like, “okay, this is where I left off,” and I keep moving. For me, that’s enough. It’s easy, low-fuss, and does what I need.

"Solid enough for cert prep"
I used cybrary for a couple of certification paths while trying to make a career move, it worked better than I expected. Some of the lessons were dry and I had to push through them, but they did help me stay on track and pick up skills I actually needed. I wouldn’t say it was exciting, but it got the job done, and I’m glad I spent the time on it.

"Support got back to me before I could even stress"
